American towns have been auctioned before, however this former United States Navy military base is a bit odd as it once served as a sort of "spy town" in supporting part of the National Security Agency’s surveillance operation. Giant parabolic dishes continue to track location and content of international telecommunications activity and are not part of the upcoming auction.  In fact, they are completely hidden by a thick forest which is literally a mile wide.  Sugar Grove Station was retired in the fall of 2015 and put up for auction to the highest bidder as it became unnecessary to house related analytical staff at the base.

Wallpaper could be standing in the way of getting an offer on your home.

When selling your home, you will find that there are always particular tasks that are worth the extra effort: maintaining a well-manicured lawn, decluttering your home, and wallpaper removal.  Buyers today do not have the appreciation for this particular design choice as did the buyers of twenty years ago.  Wallpaper is considered old-fashioned and can make your home look weary and outdated.  Simply put, the wallpaper needs to go!

Wallpaper removal does not have to be a tedious, difficult task.  Using the right technique and giving this project some of your time will ensure that all wallpaper is removed expediently, allowing you to move forward with the timely sale of
