3-bedrooms/1-bathroom/988 sqft

This three-bedroom one bathroom house is Move-In Ready!  The home was newly rebuilt in 1997 and features vaulted ceilings and neutral paint tones throughout. The kitchen was remodeled with gorgeous brand new cabinet and vinyle flooring. The family room is very cozy, but feels roomy with the vaulted ceilings. There is a one car detached garage, and a large fenced in backyard.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is walking distance to several parks. The school district in Holly does very well and  Holly High School has a rating of 8 out of 10,  according to 'greatschools.com".
