Preparing To Show Your Home

Agents from many real estate firms will want to show your home. Please make your home as accessible as possible for agent showing appointments. It is suggested to allow a lockbox to be installed on your door, you’ll increase your odds for a sale by allowing more qualified buyers to view your home.
